Mr Quigley. Driver #474 was extremely helpful and is a very nice young man. I had been in an accident and had presents and food for the Christmas cheer board in my vehicle. Driver #474 took the vehicle, presents , food and myself to the Cheer board and delivered the items before towing the damaged vehicle to MPI. #474 is going a great job.

Jackie M. Just wanted to say a great big Thank you to driver#390 truck #19 he saved the day and my two very hot dogs as they were locked in my car! It was almost 30degrees outside and the car parked in full sun! Dr Hook arrived like a knight in shining armour to rescue my dogs who were getting rather stressed as was I. So I THANK YOU again for a job well done and I didnt have to break any windows.

Barb. Cory did a tire change for Barb today. She stated it was the best service she has had from a tow truck driver. He was very efficient, fast and courteous!

Tannis. Was very pleased with the service she was provided last night and said that Anthony knew what he was doing and got her out of the ditch when CAA said that they would not touch the vehicle. She would also like to speak with Anthony as she is trying to get reimbursed from CAA because they would not pull her out because she was in an inch of water.
Note, Tannis has now signed up for Dr Hook Roadside Assistance and is cancelling her CAA membership as we were there to help her when she needed it.

I hope you can pass my thanks on to one of your drivers. Unfortunately, I don't know who it was.
At about 4:15 on Thursday, September 03, I was riding my bike on Main Street near Jefferson (in Winnipeg.) I was hassled by an impatient driver, which I'm sure you agree can get a bit dangerous.
One of your operators was passing by, and stopped for a moment to speak to the driver, advising him to settle down and be patient. Sadly, the guy in the car didn't respond. But it was encouraging to me to realize that your man had the integrity to speak out against this unsafe driver. I was too busy dodging the car to get a number or anything from the truck.
Although I often commute by bike, I own two cars. Thanks to your operator, should I need a tow, I will contact Dr. Hook first.

A week ago my truck broke through the ice on Lake Winnipeg and I called Dr Hook to see if they could get it out. They said they could and came out immediately. Your guys worked their asses off and didn't give up even when I was ready to, they insisted they would get my truck safely to shore and after countless failed attempts we finally got my truck out of the ice. If not for their persistence and hard work my truck would be sitting at the bottom of the lake right now and I'd be shopping for a new vehicle. So I just wanted to acknowledge all their hard work and truly going beyond what would be expected, you have some great employees there.

Just wanted to drop a line and say thanks to Rosa and everyone at Dr. Hook for the excellent service. It's nice to know that you can still call a tow company in Winnipeg as a newer business and get excellent service.
