If You Were Parked on Public Streets

If your Vehicle was Parked on a "Public Street" and has been Towed Away for Rush Hour, Street Works, Parking Violations, Snow Route, Street Cleaning or Obstruction; Please Call “311” the City of Winnipeg help line and they will direct you to its location.

 

If You Were Parked on Private Property

If your Vehicle was Towed off of Private Property i.e. from an Apartment Block, Strip Mall, Impark Lot, etc. it will be located at either 341 Stanley St @ Higgins Ave or 75 Lowson Cres off Kenaston Blvd. Please call for confirmation.

When You Pick Up Your Car

You will require a Licensed Driver and Photo I.D. along with Payment to Obtain the Release of your Vehicle.

Payments can be made with Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Or Interac, (No Cheques)

If You Were Towed by Law Enforcement

If your Vehicle was "Impounded" or "Towed" by the "Winnipeg Police Service", "RCMP" or another "Law Enforcement" Agency for one of many reasons i.e. Impaired, Suspended , Unlicensed, Driver or for being Unregistered, Unsafe, Uninsured, Abandoned, Criminal Investigation or Other Driving Offences your Vehicle will be at 75 Lowson Cres off Kenaston Blvd.

You will require a Licensed Driver and Photo I.D. along with Additional Documents depending on the Reason for Impoundment. Please call or e-mail to confirm which documents you will require to obtain the release of your vehicle.

Although you can obtain the Release of your vehicle 24/ 7 you will not be allowed to obtain the release of any Personal Property after the hours of 19:00.

To ensure your Vehicle is in our Possession it is always best to call and confirm if we have it. When calling please be prepared with the following information; Vehicle Make, Model, Colour, Lic # and Last known location. These items will assist us in determining if we have your Vehicle and which Location it is stored in.
